The prestigious award is given annually to the supplier who demonstrates the greatest commitment to the MedAssets mission of improving financial health of hospitals by delivering the highest amount of member savings. Ascent’s reprocessing programs helped MedAssets’ hospital partners save nearly $13 million in 2009 – a 58 percent increase in financial savings since 2007.
