In 2012 alone, our members helped generate $336 million in savings for more than 3,000 U.S. hospitals, and helped divert 10.5 million pounds of waste from landfills. Our association, representing the third-party reprocessing industry, has helped grow reprocessing from a $20 million industry in 2000 to a $400 million industry today. While these results are positive, the untapped potential to grow reprocessing adoption is still enormous.
