OPINION: There are two stages to emergencies. The first is recognising the pickle you’re in, the second is doing something about it.

Three years from now, the Government’s decision to declare a climate emergency in December 2020 will either be remembered as a turning point for our country’s environmental, or the most egregious unfilled promise of their six-year term. What separates these two may be our environmentally challenged healthcare sector.
